Minimal Living Concepts, Arizona’s number one builder of accessory dwelling units or ADUs is now offering two designer edition guest homes through a partnership with award-winning interior design firm, Iconic by Kaitlyn Wolfe. The MLC X ICONIC partnership will include two design packages, Canyon and Dolomite.

Wolfe hand-selected all elements of the Canyon and Dolomite design packages, which include upgraded flooring, light fixtures, appliances, and finishes — all inspired by her extensive travels and deep exploration of nature.
