DESIGN TEAM

Sarah has a passion for creating beautiful spaces and providing exceptional client experiences! She began at ASU focusing on an interior design degree when she started working at a luxury resort in Scottsdale. At that point, she fell in love with hospitality and dedicated over a decade welcoming guests to the Valley as well as catering to high level clientele including celebrities and politicians. Her goal was to create visits that felt like their 'home away from home' including personalized touches. Sarah also worked in the tourism industry, selling Scottsdale as a destination to domestic and international visitors. From there, Sarah went on to start her own design and project management company with a focus on residential remodels and additions. Her past experience is the perfect fit for Iconic! Sarah enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her husband and their three kids.

Anastasia is from Ukraine and has lived in Kyiv her whole life. In this city she started learning about interior design and architecture. Firstly, she worked on projects with her aunt who is an interior designer as well and taught her a lot about the industry. In Kyiv, she finished the University of Art where she received her bachelor’s degree in interior design. Later after getting her degree and trying herself in fashion for quite a while she returned to creating interior designs and joined a small studio in Kyiv. They started together with the owner of the company and later grew into a progressive design studio. Even though the team was small they have completed and implemented very optimistic projects and ideas that later won multiple design awards. The war in Ukraine has changed everything for her and moved to Arizona with her husband. She has looked up a lot of studios around Phoenix but only one has hooked her attention and that was Iconic. Once she found out more about the designs created by Iconic and the team she had no doubt that was were she would like to work, as it felt very close to her style and vision on interiors. Now that she's here - she is very glad to be a part of such a fantastic team, creating more beautiful and modern designs together, growing personally and professionally!

Melike (Muh-lee-kay) was born in Istanbul, Turkey and moved to Arizona when she was two years old. She has always been very immersed in Turkish culture, speaking it fluently at home and growing up spending the summers with her grandparents. Traveling fueled her curiosity about the world around her and inspired her to learn more about design and how people in different parts of the world used their spaces. After graduating with a B.S in Interior Architecture at AS, she became in love with residential design. It gives her so much joy to curate a space for someone or a family that is specially catered to them and their needs and will ultimately enhance their everyday life. As an Associate Interior Designer, Melike helps bring Iconic’s designs to fruition through 3D modeling, preparing design presentations by creating plans, elevations and any detailed drawings necessary to best communicate the design. Melike's free time is spent spending time with family, going to concerts, and learning how to be a new dog mom!
Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Design in Architecture and a minor in Landscape Architecture from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and a Master of Architecture from The University of Southern California. She is currently working towards obtaining both her architectural license and NCIDQ certification.

As a designer with education and practice spanning from the Midwest to the west coast and in both architecture and interiors, Madeline brings a fresh perspective that inspires and leads creative visioning and design solutions to her projects. She values collaboration, fostering relationships and emphasizes storytelling through “empathetic design,” when bringing to life the vision of her client. Her project experience ranges from hospitality work to graphic design and brand positioning, to campus master planning and single-family homes - although her passion lives in the human scale of hospitality and residential work where design can have a unique, intimate impact on its users. Her natural curiosity for design goes beyond beautiful spaces and into the world of graphics, fashion, art and landscape which uniquely positions her to design holistically, beyond the physical space, and towards the creation of a sense of place through experience, color and texture.

Erika comes to Iconic with experience in high end residential interior design. Prior to her career in design, Erika had years of well-rounded experience in the construction industry working for an infrastructure contractor where she was exposed to working and living in a wide range of places. It was her time living in Melbourne, Australia that led her to pursue a Master of Interior Architecture + Design. The cosmopolitan city with a culture of art and cutting-edge, sophisticated design unleashed a passion that had been missing in her career. Erika is passionate about the power of design to transform experiences and inspire. She is excited to be working with the dynamic team at Iconic to create beautiful and functional spaces for our clients that bring their dreams to life.

Daniela is a Texas native who is extremely proud of her Mexican heritage and has an affinity for languages. In addition to speaking Spanish, she pursued an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in French alongside her Interior Design education. After spending most of her 20s traveling and living abroad, Daniela considers joining the Iconic team her crowning achievement (followed closely by her ability to crack a dad joke on a moment’s notice). As a draftsman, Daniela tackles the technical drawings of Iconic's unique designs. She would be remiss if she didn’t acknowledge her parents’ hard work and unconditional love as the foundation for her success. Her dad never met a stranger and taught her that life is easier when the world is your friend. Her mom taught her how to prevail in the face of any obstacle and to have fun while doing it. Daniela’s early exposure to personal development has evolved her mindset into one of purposeful intention and problem solving, all while having a grand time and creating a warm and lighthearted environment wherever she goes.

Originally from rural California, Hannah's career began while studying design at Cal Poly Pomona and Chaffey College. She began working with two interior designers, gaining great on-site experience in home renovations. Once graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design and an AS in Interior Design, Hannah and her husband decided to start a new adventure in Tennessee. Shortly after, Hannah began working for RH Nashville and a luxury interior design firm, assisting with luxury furnishings, new construction homes, and renovations. All of this taught Hannah not only how to curate a beautiful design, but also how crucial it is to be detailed. She has an appreciation for construction drawings and making sure all details are noted for a successful build process. Hannah’s rural California roots influence her aesthetic toward organic elements, combined with a modern flare. She has an appreciation for reclaimed materials, where imperfections tell a story and preserve history. She likes to spend her free time hiking and exploring Tennessee with her husband and two pups.

Paulina is currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design at Arizona State University. After watching her parents work in the design industry for years, she knew at a very young age that she wanted to dive into the design world and has developed a strong passion for it. At Iconic, Paulina catalogs incoming products for current project's along with decor items selected by Kaitlyn. She assists the design team with various day to day tasks as her motivation, devotion, and detail orientation helps keep the Iconic design team organized. In her spare time, you can find her playing the ukulele, singing, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Carissa is currently attending Arizona State University pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design. She was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where she began to find her passion for design. Carissa always knew she wanted to use her creativity to inspire others and create beautiful spaces for them to thrive in. Her favorite part about Interior Design is getting to embody different styles in each project. At Iconic she assists the Design Team in various ways such as creating design deliverables, helping at project install days, and procuring furniture or decor pieces. In her free time she loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with family and friends.

BUILD TEAM

Cheri dove into the world of creativity, emerging as a portrait artist during her teenage years. Fueled by this passion, she embarked on a journey to study art and graphic design, cementing her place in the design industry. Cheri's artistic eye is only matched by her meticulous attention to detail. This unique combination propels her to thrive in the technical aspects of design implementation, ensuring that Iconic's design concepts transcend imagination and become tangible realities. As the leader of the build team at Iconic by Kaitlyn Wolfe, she orchestrates innovation, craftsmanship, and punctuality, making sure each project reaches its completion. She understands that the outcome is not just a structure but a deeply personal fulfillment of our clients' dreams. For Cheri, work is art, and art is a personal connection. It's about bringing her clients' visions to life, creating spaces that breathe life into dreams and aspirations. In addition to her role as Senior Build Director, Cheri has also taken on the role of Director of Operations at Iconic, further elevating her influence and impact within the company. In this multifaceted role, she brings her exceptional organizational skills and keen eye for efficiency to streamline operations and ensure that everything runs seamlessly. Beyond the studio, Cheri embraces the serenity of the desert, finding solace in trail running and hiking. Alongside her two teenage kids, she cherishes every moment spent immersed in the beauty of nature, seeking inspiration in its vast expanse.

Brianna’s love for design really came to life during the beginning of 2020 when she started flipping vintage furniture for profit. Shortly after that she enrolled in the Interior Design program at New York Institute of Art and Design and quickly realized this was her destined career path. She spent 12 years in the service industry with added experience in collections and event managing. She is the organizer of the build team and helps manage our project managers load. Her creative approach to solving problems, love for organization, and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is what drove her to the role of Build Executive Assistant. When she’s not assisting our project manager you can find her behind the camera taking pictures of her friends and family. She loves visiting Sedona and doing creative things with her son and boyfriend.

If you've seen our Iconic truck driving around, you may have seen our Construction Foreman, Rudy, in the driver's seat! Rudy is our eyes and ears at our job sites. He ensures all materials that are needed are on-site, the projects are tidy and the quality of work meets the Iconic standards. He is the point of contact for our subcontractors on-site as well as our project manager during the execution of the project. Rudy came to us with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry managing and self-performing entire bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as troubleshooting any maintenance tasks needed throughout the home.

OPERATIONS TEAM

Megan aims to build trusting partnerships within the Commercial Real Estate industry, including Hospitality and Retail Developers. Her mission is to create lasting relationships that drive growth and success for all parties involved. Expanding on 10 years of experience, she is a results-driven strategic thinker who excels at meeting business objectives through expert management of people, processes, and projects. She specializes in developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Megan has worked in the Real Estate industry, mainly project managing commercial construction build-outs from pre-development to market launch. This experience has been vital in learning the architectural design and build process, trades management, program development, and leveraging strategic partnerships. She has always loved real estate and watching the process go from design to a standing structure. Naturally, she was drawn to Kaitlyn's work and has enjoyed watching the magic she's made over the years! She has two strong-willed daughters and a supporting husband that loves taking trips up north and being around nature any chance they get!

Keli has always had a passion for interior design, going as far as to take on an entire home remodel from demolition to redesign with her husband on their own. In the process she discovered that all aspects of the design and construction process were so intriguing and wanted to learn more. She stepped into the Procurement Manager role for Iconic with the drive to learn more about the industry. Keli oversees our Product Team with project ordering and logistics for all of our luxury interiors and construction projects. She is the line of communication between our Design and Build teams. She is drawn to modern, sophisticated design and enjoys spaces that showcase natural elements. In her spare time, she can be found tackling home renovations projects and enjoying time with her family and two dogs.

Chelsea has a unique background in nursing and a passion for design. With a solid foundation in healthcare and a decade of experience as a compassionate nurse, Chelsea has honed her skills in delivering patient care, fostering collaboration, and ensuring clinical excellence. As Iconic’s Operations Manager, Chelsea seamlessly transitioned into her role, leveraging her professional insights to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency. Her resource management expertise, streamlined workflows, and implementation of best practices have consistently elevated organizational performance. Chelsea holds a Nursing Degree from Indian Hills College. This educational background, combined with her forward-thinking approach, positions Chelsea as a dynamic leader capable of aligning goals with operational realities. Outside of her professional commitments, Chelsea is a dedicated wife and mother of two girls. She finds joy in outdoor activities and cherishes quality time spent with her family. Chelsea continues to make a lasting impact by merging her nursing acumen with strategic operational leadership.

Jorge is a recent graduate from NAU who majored in Interior Design and has had previous backgrounds in assisting with procurement. He has joined the team of Iconic Design + Build to be able to work alongside local designers and to build his interior design knowledge. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new places to visit in the valley. Although born and raised in Arizona, there is always something new that can be found throughout the state. He enjoys watching movies and spending time with his dog. He is drawn to the modern organic design and enjoys spaces that are both beautiful and stunning, as well as functional for the needs of the end user.

Madison is a lover of all things outdoors, fitness, fashion, interior design, and furry friends. With a passion for exploring the world around her, she can often be found hiking a nearby trail or taking her dog for a long walk in the park. Madison can be seen doing a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and helping with social media. As a lover of fashion and interior design, she enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends and incorporating them into her own personal style and home décor. With a background in retail, Madison has honed her customer service skills and has a keen eye for detail, which she applies to everything from creating a visually stunning outfit to creating a social media post. Madison is a well-rounded individual with a zest for life and a drive to continually grow and learn.

As our Marketing Coordinator, Emerson truly embodies the culture of Iconic! She is the first one you meet as you walk into our studio and she is Kaitlyn's right hand behind our social media and marketing efforts. She coordinates all of our photography and videography as well as management of our monthly newsletters and website maintenance. She holds a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Emerson is an Arizona native who loves anything outdoors and is passionate about all things fashion, traveling and interior design.

Caitlin brings a unique blend of expertise in interior design and exceptional organizational skills to ensure seamless client coordination. She began working as a design assistant for her aunt in high school which is where her love of interior design sparked. She has since gained experience from attending the American Institute of Interior Design and has worked for two luxury interior design firms. She dives into our client coordinator role with a passion of learning more about the business side of interior design. From managing design meetings, clients, and proposals, she takes immense pride in her communication and organizational skills to provide the best experience for our clients. Her dedication to innovation drives her to continuously seek out creative ways to enhance our processes and elevate the overall efficiency of our client coordination efforts. Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and dog on the weekends and traveling back to the Midwest to spend time with family. She looks forward to growing professionally with Iconic!
