This home was a labor of love. We teamed up with an investor, Bryan O’Conor of Arcadia Fortress, to transform this home in Arcadia. This home was torn down to the concrete slab and a new home, along with a master suite addition, was built.

What stands out in this home are the high ceilings, natural light, spacious split floor plan, and the choice of finishes. We chose a 24″x48″ porcelain tile which resembled concrete throughout the entire home for a cohesive, modern feel. To complement this, we incorporated natural wood and putty tones into the cabinetry, which gave the home a minimalistic feel. As you enter each space, you appreciate how the colors and textures are carried throughout the home, yet it feels forward-thinking and unique. Along with the clean lines, we chose lighting and tile selections that would really stand out within each space. We chose to accessorize with items that were either vintage or handmade, merging the desert vibe with the industrial finishes.
